We meet on the second Wednesday of every month from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM (with the exception of months when the first week includes a holiday). After the session, everyone is welcome to stay, play games, enjoy a drink, and relax in a fun, welcoming environment.

Yes, we will be providing a CEU course each month, led by top professionals in the industry. We also welcome recommendations from property managers for CE topics that are unique, engaging, and a little outside the box. Our goal is to offer education that’s not only valuable, but also different from what other groups provide.
From time to time, we’ll feature special guest speakers or specialty classes that may not offer CE credit—but will still deliver meaningful insight, fresh perspectives, and a great overall experience.

Lunch and drinks will be provided for all attendees. Each guest will also receive a game card that allows unlimited gameplay for the day on all non-ticketed games. In addition, each card includes a set amount of credits for ticket-based games as well.
Every ticket you earn can be redeemed for prizes in the gift shop—making the experience both fun and rewarding from start to finish.
That’s a great question! We’re different from most lunch groups because we host a quarterly mega raffle, giving you the chance to win bigger and better prizes.
You earn D&B Bucks in several ways: by attending our events, bringing a new CAM with you, referring business to any of our participating vendors, or maintaining perfect attendance for the quarter. Each D&B Buck counts as an entry into the quarterly raffle.

Yes, unused credits and tickets never expire. The only thing that expires is the unlimited gameplay, which is valid for the day of the event only.
